Guidelines for Submitting an RTI First Appeal
- Statutory Provision: Filed under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 against non-receipt of information or dissatisfaction with the SPIO's decision.

- Mandatory Enclosures:
- Copy of the original RTI application submitted to the SPIO.
- Proof of initial RTI fee payment (Court Fee Stamp / Treasury Chalan / Postal Order receipt).
- Copy of the response/decision letter received from the SPIO (if any).
- Submission Mode: Hand delivery with inward acknowledgment at the municipal front office or via Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due (RPAD).
